These guys were so unprofessional and did such a poor concreting job it had to all be removed to prevent further damage to our house.Advice for all those who are in a similar situation and can't get in contact with them for repairs or refund is to go to Consumer and Business Services (CBS). We were forced to take this route and although it took 7 months, an investigation was undertaken and we received a full refund and they had to remove the concrete.

Terrible quality and refused to fix. Made out they would repair rubbish job but nerve fronted. DO NOT USE

Absolutely disgraceful business. Terrible workmanship and disgusting way they treat their customers. James lied through his teeth and failed to return to repair the incredible mess of a job. He also bullies females with intimidation. Worst tradesman I have ever encountered!

Don’t normally leave reviews but best recommendation I can give is do not use this company. We had them quote on resurfacing our driveway and while not cheap, we accepted it without question. They were quick to request a sizeable deposit, even quicker to demand final payment and very quickly (within 6 weeks) their resurfacing work started to crack and break up. After 9 months of continual follow up they are still to perform any remedial work - best they can manage is empty promises and excuses. Anyway, don’t just take my word regarding their poor workmanship and non existent after sales service, there seems to be plenty of others sharing equally poor reviews - just wish I’d seen them first!

Been chasing this company to repair for nearly 12 months. Warranty means nothing if you can’t get them to repair. Every time they said our job was next. Bad service. Assuming now not in business as the phone number is disconnected. Not surprised

This is the worst couple I've ever had to deal with. Same as all the other reviews. Just a couple of scammers. For all those that have had bad work done and are now being ghosted, these two have started up another company SA Flood Fire and Mould Solutions". Hit them up there so hopefully they don't start scamming people who've already had damage to their properties as well. Also
