Ordered 7 door frames in April 2017, 5 left hand opening inwards and 2 right hand opening inwards. Due to building issues we have just commenced installing them. We have been given 2 left hand opening inward and 5 right hand opening inward. Have rung the company who have refused to exchange the door frames. Error due to their stuff up. We would not recommend this company as they obviously dont know their left from their right.

Customer satisfaction is non existent. Was asking for a refund on a 28c frame I didn't pick up and they refused so I said I might as well pick it up then but then they said it was too late as it was sold to someone else because I didn't pick it up 2 days earlier. One of the most decietful, arrogant woman I have ever meet. AVOID like the PLAGUE
