The Village Redcliffe

How can you possibly describe this as Redcliffe... this Village is in Rothwell, two suburbs from Redcliffe, through the suburb of Kippa Ring and into the next suburb again. The talk of ‘sea breezes’ is just a blatant attempt to mislead. This is nothing more than a block of flats in an outer suburb trying to dress itself up as a coastal resort. If the owner is this dishonest in their marketing, how can you trust anything else they say?

This is not true, you are at Rothwell a long way from Redcliffe and why are you making out that the wonderful greens that you advertise are near to you? I believe the photos are of the beautiful golf course at North Lakes which TVRG are stupidly thinking of concreting over ruining our lifestyle.Be very wary of this company, he is not as caring of the elderly as you think it is the $$$$ that is driving him.

Sea breezes at Rothwell" and "The majority of the North Lakes development will be left as open green space". You're not filling us with confidence TVRG. The best indicator of future performance is past performance!"

This is the very nice retirement residential village for our parents!

I am currently chairman of The Village Residents Committee at Redcliffe / Rothwell and am appalled at some of the dishonesty I see in some of the reviews of The Village Retirement Group. We live in a great caring community. Staff are genuinely wonderful as are the owners. This past week we raised around $2500 for the Biggest Morning Tea and Justin generously equaled the donation. Yep just under $5000. We live in a lovely retirement community and we are grateful.

Don't trust anyone from vrg...they destroy communities and delete bad reviews, lie about where they are and lie about what they are planning. Do not trust your loved ones with them

Greed and corruption are TRVG's only two strong points. TVRG have no respect for flora, fauna, the environment and the every date ratepayer.Avoid at all costs unless you support companies bribing councillors and TRVG attempting to fool the community.

Nice homes. Went to visit friends. Good facilities. Pretty quiet area

I live near there, trust me there's no sea breeze. It's tucked in behind Grace Lutheran college.Pull the other one TVRG!

The Village Redcliffe is not in Redcliffe it is in Rothwell . Kippa Ring suburb is in between them so good luck finding it on your GPS. .Someone commented on enjoying the see breezes. It is not build near the sea.Advertising states this village is 4.3 km to the North Lakes Resort Golf Club ( As the crow flys you might be)If the Village Retirement Group completes their option to purchase North Lakes Golf Club you will not be close to it for much longer.The Village Retirement Group has plans to built another Retirement Village on the North Lakes Golf Club site . This is a development the North Lakes Community DO NOT want or need.What will this do to your investment in Rothwell Village. Sorry Redcliffe Village.The proposed Retirement Village in North Lakes will kill off and destroy all of our beautiful fauna and the homes of our wildlife that live on and near the North Lakes Golf Club . It will destroy the communities way of life that we have all enjoyed since moving into the area. The community and visitors from far and wide can enjoy a game of golf and the club house here . We can stroll around and through the golf course .We can enjoy our homes and parks over looking the golf course .When the North Lakes Community Suburb was planned it was planned around a Golf Course and a way of life, measures were put on place to keep it this way forever. Please help us protect this.Can you trust a company that would take this away from a community with loving and happy families that live hereCan you trust what they are advertising about their Retirement Villages .Will you get what they promise if their own advertising is not the complete truth.Please do your research for your own peace of mind and our future families .
