Best real estate service ever!We engaged Conan from Grandstand Real Estate to manage the rental of our investment property. The Grandstand team was very efficient, just as they took over the rental management from the the previous agent, they immediately inspected the property and identified many areas of our property which required immediate attention. For example, weeds were growing high in the gutters, trees blocking access to the side door...etc. We were shocked that such problems were not brought to our attention by the previous agent. We managed to sort out all the problems with Conan’s help and the tenants were happy.Soon after, we engaged Conan again to sell the property. It was such a smooth process.
