Wow! I'm still on a high after an incredible 90 min massage from Julie yesterday. I'm 12 weeks post-partum and have been craving a massage for months. Julie is a fantastic masseuse, professional and friendly. Having her come to my home was so convenient. Looking forward to more massages in the future.

Pretty disappointed I never got to use my voucher, which was voided after having to cancel due to an unexpected emergency situation. Arrived home from work prior to my appointment, only to find I had been locked out of my house. Immediately messaged Julie and was prepared to pay a cancellation fee for the inconvenience, however I was told my entire 90 min voucher I had been gifted as a birthday present was now voided. Whilst I appreciate my cancellation fell within the less than 24 hours (15 mins prior to the appointment), I was never made aware of this policy at the time of booking and felt given the very unexpected circumstances, she would have been willing to negotiate. Whilst you may provide an amazing massage based on your very positive reviews, I think your customer service and communication has room for improvement and for this reason why I have no intention of persuing your services now or in the future, nor will be recommending you to others.
