came with some friends and they checked our bags like any other store but asked one of my friends to life her arm up to see if she was hiding something unded there, pretty much calling her fat. she looked like a rat.

Literally the worst customer service. Have not once ever been greeted, and work in the centre to attend ally quite often to check it out. No customer service at all, even hovered around the POS for a moment to see if she would look up from filling the sticker machine but nothing at all. The other girl working looked bothered that there was customers around her. Honestly do not enjoy my time in here.

I don’t think I’ve ever actually been greeted by the team at Ally Baldivis. Today i went there, 4 girls all talking amongst themselves across the store. Didn’t even acknowledge me until one of them nearly walked into me, and she just mumbled “sorry”, and walked away.I actually found it quite amusing and honestly wonder how they have any good reviews.
