I have just completed the five day official Neapolitan Pizza Association (Associazione Verace Pizza napoletana) course.This is the only place in Australia that you can learn the real art of true Neapolitan Pizza making. The course teacher and master of Neapolitan pizza (Pizzaiolo) was Roberto. Roberto was a wealth of knowledge and a great teacher at this fine art.The course was amazing and a great pleasure to attend a must for true pizza lovers! You will learn so much, this course has taken my pizza making to the next level. Grazie Roberto.

A big thanks to Chef Roberto, his team and partners for creating White Art School. I'd also like to give a shout out and thanks to Tieri for covering in depth the theory side of the course. I've just completed my 5 day AVPN course with Roberto and it was fantastic. We had great training and guidance throughout the course from a very passionate and qualified pizzaiolo & chef. This course has helped develop my skills and knowledge of pizza making and production and has put me a few steps closer to my startup.I can highly recommend White Art and I'll most like travel back down to Sydney from Brisbane to do more of their offered courses in the future.
