My son and his partner purchased a 2002 Nissan Elgrand from Import Auto Centre.Apparently, the deal was done easily. Sophia was good to deal with.....of course she was, she was selling a car.On purchase, my son asked for a wheel alignment to be carried out on the van. This was apparently done by whoever they use.I visited from New Zealand nearly 6 months after the purchase to find that the van was not in my sons name. They hadn't done the transfer. This has now been rectified.I noticed the left front tyre was very worn on the outside.Sophia was contacted and she agreed to supply 4 new tyres for the van. Thank you for that Sophia.Before we could get down to get the new tyres, we had a flat tyre on the rear left of the van. The tyre was worn through to the canvas on the inside.My son and I drove to the yard and saw Mark as Sophia apparently doesn't work Saturdays.Mark agreed to sort it. Typical Car salesman talk.I insisted that 17 wheels were fitted as this is the recommended tyre size for the van

They are AMAZING!!!!I was recently in the market to buy a Nissan Elgrand due to some unforeseen circumstances and this was the first place I found that sold them. I went and had a look there and took one for a test drive. I left it at that for a week and went back with my mother-in-law to show her the type of car we were looking at. They aren’t pushy and they are very patient. Amazing customer service and just so easy to talk to. No once did I think they were trying to sell me a lemon. The are awesome with communicating with you and make sure you are happy with the car you buy. Next time I am looking for a car, I will be sure to hit them up as I would be happy to do business with them again.Thank you so much for your help.
