I deliver to both Aldi Stapylton and Brendale, Stapylton is a joke, making drivers sit for hours, when most have started at midnight, I arrived at 9.30 still sitting here at 10.30 and this is a common occurrence.

The transport team are great, the pickers are lazy as cab be , never a well wrapped pallet, rare for a stable one. But the guys who load us out are a great bunch.

My partner works here and not me...he wanted me to put a review in, in hoping they do something about it!Team Leaders who are suppose to help out when it's busy or short of hand just sit in the office on there phones and computer all night. A certain caretaker never does any work and is allowed to get away with it and is still employed by Aldi...why??? And everyone who works there knows he doesn't do anything and always disappears.There is hardly any team work or structure between the pickers and caretakers.I can say Aldi pays very well and looks after their workers but need to hire better people who actually do the job they are given!

Doing delivery here is stupid. You have to be here within 15mins of booked time. But they will delay you for hours. Checking off 1 pallet can take over an hour just to look at pallet, count rows, and sign paperwork. Base your visits for 2hours here
