Very bad company to work for as owner driver.Never pay you according the work you do. After 9 hours on 6 pallet you get $300 Inc gst and fuel while you driving 200km. At the end you get 200 in pocket.They never pay you what they promise at the time of contract.They have different companies name under one company and all ripped off. Stay away from these cheaters.

If you are considering working for this company and use your car the return is pitiful. Worked all day from 7am to 5pm to make $84 at the end of the day.(take out cost of petrol and wear n tear and I probably made $50). Only worth being a courier if you have a ute or van. The larger the load the better the return. I only delivered small parcels, letters or boxes that fitted in my SUV. Also had to pay for installation of the 2 way radio. Cost of radio installation ($150) was taken out of my first 2 days work. Didn't get any pay until the 3rd day. Ended up quitting and was hassled very rudely by the one of the office staff to return the radio as IT WAS THEIR PROPERTY and if I didn't they would call the police stating I had stolen goods. So rude. I had no problem returning the radio and did so. They even called my wife and threatened her with legal action. She was very upset. There is a right way to go about things. Rudeness is not the way to go.

Avoid this company .They said they guarantee to deliver same day jobs before 6:00 pm , but they never do that .It is happening for me 100 times , the worst part is they don’t even care when I call , they are very rude and unprofessional .Avoid them , and respect your time , money and nerve .

Worst company. They did not pay me single cent for my 60 hours of per week job. I worked for a week only. I would recommend to avoid these crooks. Still if you wana proceed, just ask for the copy all the signed documents bcz later on they say we had signed no contracts with you

If you want to work 9 hours and clear less than minimum wage, call 85149598. You can start almost immediately and become a 'sub contractor', that way they don't have to pay you minimum wage/sick pay/holiday pay/super.It's disgusting that this can happen in Australia. They also own Freeway courier's, Errand, First, TMCC, Network courier's & Century.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS EXPLOITATION OF HARD WORKING AUSSIE'S

Good well run business, friendly staff, great booking system to use, provides confirmation on pick-up and delivery, would recommend to any one needing a transport company.

WORST SERVICE EVERDONT NOT USE THEM!!! THEY CANT HONOUR THIER PRICING!!!!Civic on 2 occasions have approached our company with great rates"Every time we have used them we book in a job at a quoted rate and THEY NEVER HONOUR ITthey send us a bill for twice the amount and then they are RUDE saying we "miss managed it"I am very un happy again with their crappy customer service and POOR accounting

Not professional and don’t respect you as a customer .I called them to track my parcel and the lady told me driver is on his way and he will be there before 6:00 pm (the call time was 4:30pm )And she told me she will let the driver know that he drop my parcel first as he has 4 other to deliver on the area.Not only driver didn’t come before 6:00 pm , but also he claim that no one update him to drop mine first .It happen to me few times that I used their services .Even I called them against complain, but the gentleman over the phone was not friendly and even they didn’t apology for it .Very disappointing .
