Mark at CBD automotive is fantastic. We tried calling a few places around town, all too busy to help with our caravan related issue or help us troubleshoot a solution.Mark was more than happy to take 15 minutes to look at our problem, help diagnose and provide a fix to get us back on the road safely. Always willing to help. Super flexible and quick with work hours and they do everything from exhaust, engine and auto electrical. Hit a Roo in the morning and they fixed it in the spot when I walked in at 8:00pm without any fuss. Good stuff.

Great friendly customer service, dropped car off and was told that it should be about an hour, they would ring me. Just over the hour received phone call asking me to pick up car. Mark explained what they had done, and asked if I could come back in about 2 weeks for a check.Excellent service, highly recommend CBD mechanical repairs.

Bloody Awesome. Limped my Ranger there with alternator issues and the guys scanned it and diagnosed within 5 minutes of getting there and they had a workshop full of cars. Left it there overnight and received a call at 0830 the next morning to say my ute was ready to go. This is how you do customer service properly and get new customers. Great to deal with from reception to the workshop guys. Thanks for getting us back on the road Mark and the rest of the staff at CBD.

Can not recommend highly enough. Great honest mechanics, who don't over charge and will just do what's necessary and will be honest and up front about what needs to be done. Been going there for quite a few years now and will always continue to.
