Thank you to Mitch & the installation guys for the fantastic service & fantastic job of installing our fireplace. We look at other businesses but Mitch was the only one who came to inspect our home. It was a pleasure dealing with firehaus.

We had Mitch and his team install our fireplace in June this year. Mitch made it very easy and seamless and was always there to answer questions. We have now had a full winter with our new fireplace and are loving it. Everyone has remarked on how great it looks. Firehaus is a one stop shop to get everything done and this saves time making the whole experience quicker and less stressful.

Mitch was fantastic. I’ve been looking at wood fired heaters for a while and contacted a couple of businesses, some didn’t even get back to me. Mitch followed up with me straight away, the service was fast and professional, the advice was great and he went above and beyond to get the fire to me as soon as he could. No doubt as we come out of lock down he has been flat out as well because he was still sorting things out for me at 7.30pm. I highly recommend this business without hesitation.

We had Firehaus put together and install our large Hygge fireplace/oven. They were a pleasure to deal with, answering all of my questions and offering advice before I decided to go ahead with it. The fireplace itself was a large task, but they made it look easy and did a fantastic job. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or install a heating solution.

Mitch at firehaus was amazing to deal with!! excellent knowledge of the industry and super willing to help out where ever he could! delt with numerous phone calls and emails and even come out to site to help figure everything out for us!! the Kallora 500 Woodstack is gorgeous and an excellent fireplace have nothing but great things to say about the guys and product at firehaus!!!

Couldn't say enough good things about the boys from FirehausFrom phone call one, to installation finished the whole crew are professional operators.We had a Kalora slow combustion heater installed. The right call by Mitch to suit our requirements. It replaced a box that served us well for 25 years, but oh what a difference!Half the wood does twice the job.Thanks guys couldn't be happier.
