I’m now a former student of the Monday night class (operated for 8 years) which sadly finished this week. I more than highly recommend the Swim Factory. For someone at a later age, I never thought I’d be swimming again since high school. Tony is the best swim coach. He helped me from managing to swim 20 metres, to swimming 5km in the pool and 3.8km in the ocean. The instructors get to know you quite well and know how to adapt a program to suit your skills. I’m forever grateful to Tony and the team for making this old codger swim again, and actually enjoy it.

All the instructors seem to be good with the children and professional. I do agree that the office admin could be better. They are never very friendly, sometimes you feel like you are annoying them by approaching the counter. Other than the office admin, I don't have any complaints.

It was very good the staff were friendly and welcoming but there needs to be a air-conditioner in the showers it gets to stuffy in the rooms or just some ceiling fans cause it gets to hot in the summer

Our son has been having swimming lessons here for over 12mths with Maddie. I adore the way she is with our son, he tests limits n pushed boundaries.He has so much confidence now.I am so happy with it decision to send our boy to MacMahons.

My (3 year old) daughter is currently enrolled in swimming lessons, and the staff have all been extremely welcoming and helpful. My little girl is very afraid of the water and Miss Tiffany has the patience of a Saint. There was never any doubt that she will be needing many lessons to move along through the classes, but since meeting this wonderful instructor, I know that her confidence is growing a lot faster then we had thought. I highly recommend this swim school. Mel

Classes are oversized. Never consistent with teachers. Staff member pointed in my toddlers face during a lesson. Absolutely appalling. I removed my child straight away. Now, unfortunately my child has to attend the centre for school swimming and a staff member pulls my child back by his head. What a joke!! Do staff even undergo appropriate working with child checks and educated on how to work with children? Would that staff liked to be pulled back in a pool by there head? Complaints always falls on deaf hears. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this appalling place

The swimming instructors for the adult swim class a very patient & I never feel like I'm rushed.The office staff (from my encounters) are always friendly & efficient.I like the fact that you can do make up lessons if you have missed out on your day.
