I was there a few weeks ago, I asked about camping spots and all the staff directed me to one older gentleman who was helpful but couldn't answer my questions. Sadly, in the background, the all Caucasian staff were talking poorly and derogatorily about an Indigenous women outside the centre. It was awful to hear and see how openly they were commenting without care that I (or anyone) was in their centre. Made me feel disgusted and sad.

The Staff need to be a bit more up beat, if your not happy to volunteer your time then don't go there.Nice magnets and cheap to boot.

First Class service by local Volunteers. Giving very thorough answers to our questions. What to do and see in this Valley including the pristine Estuary. They even gave us more informed direction of places to see on our journey South to Sydney. Well worth a visit for information.

Nambucca Valley is a place in the sun. So much to do. The network of cycle track is developing and expanding making Nambucca and Maxville easy to get around.We always enjoy our visit.
