I was very impressed from the moment I walked up to the kiosk. I had already been to 2 other phone shops in the centre with out help or results therefore I was quite frustrated. Jules was very helpful with his product knowledge and listened to not only my concerns but also guided me to suitable directions for my needs.I feel nit only that I will be returning my family members but I will highly recommend Jules for his customer service, his knowledge and advice.Thank you
