Jandowae Dam
A well-equipped picnic area with covered tables and toilets. Dam is currently full (June 2022) though water is quite muddy. There is plenty of birdlife to see.

Great spot to stay overnight or just a quick break. Very quite good amenities lots of area overlooking the dam.

It was good to see the water level right up. Nice place but would be better with some hot water in the shower. Great for fishing & skiing.

Has wheelchair accessible toilet. Cold shower. Dam looks much nicer with water(April 2021). Heaps of birdlife including black swans,pelicans,willy wagtails,parrots,galahs,cockatoos,finches,honeybirds,minors,swallows,eagles&crows.

Water level is low ATM, but still plenty of pelicans, ducks and other birds. Peaceful place to spend the night. Not too much traffic around. Toilets are average, has BBQs and picnic tables
