I rang Bathurst auto at Margate yesterday to book in my car for 180,000km service as soon as they answered the phone he said yeah was a bit taking back so I asked is this Bathurst auto repairs and he said yeah.I said is that how you answer the phone yeah? he said you ask if it was Bathurst auto and I said yeah I said no as soon as you picked up the phone you said yeah, not like a business should answer the phone.this is Bathurst auto how can I help you!That's a way a business supposed to answer the phone not say yeah very unprofessional lost my business!!

Went in with coolent leak came out worse coolent leak. Other jobs done great but not happy with outcome . Can recomend

Repaired a water hose. Still water leaking after repair, turned out to be the head gasket. That is something that can happen. Now the car is at another garage to fix the head gasket turns out the water hose is indeed fixed but the part where it is connected to is completely eroded. We have to fix that now all over again (including the water hose). Something which was not told to us when he repaired the car in the first place, it took them 3,5 hours of labour and it is not fixed at all in the end. Would not recommend.

Meet Mike (the mechanic of the shop) on a camp, i help us with our subaru and a suspicious noise around the clutch .He definitly know mechanic with car ! Explain gently ton of things, explain more if you ask, no doubt you can leave your car there for a check or something to fix !Short with money now ? No worries, there's maybe a cheaper solution for a time .As a (foreigner) travellers for years in australia, we've been in a lot of places to fix or see something on our car, and honestly, it will be very good to see more people like Mike.He don't try to screw you with things, he just explain is point of view, and what to do .Very nice guy with a big hearth :) !
