PortoFino Apartments

This room is in a nice location, but that's where it ends. From start to finish the online booking process through the real estate was hopeless. I received 8 emails over a period of a few weeks leading up to the booked date of a one night stay. Not one of these emails had the correct information of how much money I had paid. The room was not cleaned, dirty floors, some spider webs, stains on tiles and bed linen not washed. There was a lot of sand in one of the made beds, and wondered how it could have gotten there if the sheets had been washed. Stains on lounge cushions, and shower curtain track that kept falling down completed our very disappointing stay. Never again
