Sui Hair Salon

Kiwoo was apparently the director hairstylist at this salon, but was not only NOT welcoming, gave the worst hair cut. Wasn’t greeted with a smile, or a “hi”.. nothing like that at all. So much so that Initially I didn’t think much of it, and shrugged it off thinking he was just a shampoo boy, and that I would be greeted later on with a friendlier person who would be cutting my hair. Imagine the shock horror when i found out he was actually the director stylist! What made it worse was his lack of skills. I specifically asked for more layers in my hair for more volume - which he didn’t give, so I ended up with flat, straight ends.if you asked me, SUI Bourke street 6 years ago was great. The hair stylists back then had talent and could actually cut and style hair. Looks like the standards dropped over the years. Save your $$$and go elsewhere instead where they actually have talent and some form of interpersonal skills. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Sora is the best ! Honestly everytime she’s done my hair it’s perfect, she’s super professional and I’m always happy when I leave. I’ve always had a pleasant experience coming here

I'm here for hair colouring two weeks ago, at the first I feel the colour abit darker than what I request, but after few times washing my hair, now the colour actually perfect. I aslo add on the treatment as I got very dry hair because of the perm, the treatment result was excellent, it may different price than others salon treatment, but they actually provide the proper treatment instead of few drops of the liquid. Now my hair soften and easy to manage than before. Apprentice their work. Will come back next time.

The only place in melb that I will come for my haircuts. Sora always gets my hair perfect! I’ve introduced quite a few friends and they’ve all loved it and are regulars now.The price is 100% worth it.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Sophy! She is professional, and provided excellent advice. I am thrilled with my new hair color and haircut. The entire process was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the receptionist was incredibly friendly (and quite beautiful!). I recommend booking an appointment with Sophy for your hair needs - a perfect 10/10!

It is my fault to miss the appointment, it is also my first time book this hair salon, my previous hair salon always make a call or text on the day of appointments so prevent customer from missing the appointment. But this shop did not do anything, felt really bad about the experience

I had worst hair salon ever. I booked for regrowth hair colour, highlight and hair cut over the phone however, hair dresser didn't know highlight or foil. I compromised regrowth hair colour and cut but, she complained me I should have booked hair colour and cut only. They accepted my request over the phone 2 weeks ago. Also, she, S complained me again during hair colouring why you booked here. It was first visit there. The staffs are treating like that to all customers? It was awful experience and never go back again!
