Red Hill Fresh

I had my first delivery last week..the box looked awesome. Unfortunately as i was unpacking it I noticed the bananas were sponge like, completely squashed. Anyway, I took some photos and sent them off. The next day I opened the fridge and the carrots were bruised looking, the onions were sprouting. I messaged and let them know, they were great and offered to replace the items suggesting they had been damaged during transit. Then yesterday I opened the corn...it was mouldy and eaten by something! That was enough for me. I need my veg to arrive edible and I will be searching for another alternative. I have no idea if I was just super unlucky or the produce is taking along time to get from farm to plate....it's a shame as I was really looking forward to regular boxes.

So happy with the service and convenience of delivery. Makes life easier and it's good to know we are eating well. Thank you to the whole Red Hill Fresh team...especially during these current circumstances you guys have done well to cope with the extra demand.

We have enjoyed Redhill Fresh delivery for some years now. Lovely fresh produce sourced locally and in season. And always delivered with a smile from Bec and her team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful range of fruit and vegetables delivered to our door every week, how could we say no! Such great value with the seasonal boxes!

Not good, my $40 Weekly pack for 2 with $10 extra for delivery consisted of:2 small green apples2 small red apples 1 of these with black soft spot3 cavindish banannas1 green pear3 carrots1 zucchini small5 stalks broccoIinni or a very small bunchA small slice of watermelon the size of a zucchini?1/4 very small pumpkin1/2 very small cabbage6 small potatoesHandful of grapesI think this is a value $20 max

We love our deliveries from Red Hill. The kids love the different varieties in the boxes each week. Bec and family are so lovely and always so helpful and friendly. We look forward to seeing them every Friday!

Terrible customer service. Booked and paid for boxes ($120) 9 days before delivery. Boxes didn't turn up and i had to text them late in the afternoon asking where My order was as they don't take phone calls! Told there was a delay and box delivery was going to be the following day. Not good enough! I understand these are busy times during lock down but If you cant deliver then don't take the order and CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS TO LET THEM KNOW!! I Still don't have my refund! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A DELIVERY!! There are lots of other businesses now delivering.

I love the variety of boxes. I subscribed to the weekly keto box as it meets my dietary needs. I love that every week, I don’t have to think about what to buy as I am busy in life. I don’t have to go to the shops. It’s on my door, fresh, fast and with a smile (the staff are amazing). This helps me eat healthy.Thanks.
