Nothing was too much trouble Melissa took the time to design my husbands glasses online & organized for them to be delivered to our home. Melissa was so helpful in choosing my New Tiffany & Co Sunglasses. Melissa is definitely a huge asset to your company!!!!!!

The best Sunglass hut store in Australia, the two managers are committed to great service, always helpful and ready to come up with solutions instead of problems. The atmosphere of the store was awesome and they usually have the latest shades available. 10/10 Keep up the great work!!!

Went in to get my wife a pair of sunnies today as we are in holidays and she forgot hers. The guy in there was outstanding … we have never had such amazing service! He knew exactly what suited her face shape and she chose the second pair he selected and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Wife is really happy and I was cos it was a short painless shopping trip. Didn’t catch the guys name but he was a credit to your business. Five stars ⭐️

Awesome service, great price and selection of sunnies. Staff are exceptionally knowledgable and helpful, they even replaced my old sunnies for half price as I purchased them there previously, i didn't know about that offer so was over the moon. ended up buying 2 new pairs of sunnies and replaced one old pair with new ones. Sorry but if I’m buying a pair of Burberry sunglasses please don’t offer the ones that are on the shelf, been worn, touched and scratched and expect me to choose which of the 2 shelf pairs “look better”. Just say you don’t have them in stock. Please have some class.

Beware of this store, they are befooling tourists and selling loose shades. Also not adhering to the Australian Consumer Guarantees. I am taking the matter with ACCC very soon.

I purchased a pair of Gucci glasses from this store, I had an issue with a lens falling out. I was issued a full new pair without charge. I was under warranty and they honoured that. Amazing service, totally recommend. Jessica Louise injectables

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Melissa after having a fault with my current pair of sunnies. I myself have been in retail customer service for a very long time and pride myself on going above and beyond in every interaction with customers, which includes being kind, passionate and as helpful as possible at every opportunity.Well, I think I found my match with Mel. She may have even taught me a thing or two with her high standards of customer service! Lol!I have dealt with other Sunglass Hut employees in the past at other stores for purchasing my previous pairs, including one other time I had an issue that needed attention, don't get me wrong, they were great, but Mel blew them out of the water.Moral of the story, if you need some new sunnnies on the GC, be sure to head to the Surfers Paradise Cavill Ave store, you won't be disappointed!
