I went to Terry White Busselton which I support all the time to go buy my son some bisolven dry lozenges for his very dry cough. I used this product when I had a dry cough as it was recommended to me by my Dr. I was questioned and questioned by the assistant about my ability to tell the difference between a dry and chesty cough. After a while I was told that she is hesitant to sell the product to me! I was taken back by this as she made me feel I would put my child in harms way!!No chemist was asked to assist. I walked out and decided to go speak to the manager who was not there at the time and a chemist came to speak to me. He was not helpful and did not get my point I was trying to make. He was willing to let me take my business elsewhere instead of going out of his way to listen to me and help. I will not support Terry White again and won't recommend it to anyone.

I was very disappointed as I visited this store on a Sunday very recently. You had a great fragrance collection at front entrance of store .I stood for a good 15 to 20 minuets . No staff member came to attend to me. As they would of seen I easier to buy something. There was no-one else in the store at this time. And I could clearly hear staff chatting and laughing away to each other.I went into Super Market for 5 mins . I passed by chemist on way to. Car as iwaskeen to purchase some perfume . Waited few minuets still nobody to serve me. Pity as I wanted a couple of nice bottles of perfume..You missed out on a decent sale. I do not intend to return to your chemist and would not recommend it to anyone that was inaugurated time schedule and wanting to buy something. Very disappointed. I found what I wanted at another terry White Pharmacy .46kms north of Busselton . They had what I wantedAnd friendly efficient .Knowledgeable staff.
