Jean-Marc arrived at the agreed time, was polite, thorough and efficient. He communicated all aspects of the job to us prior to commencing and again on completion, despite having to contend with an approaching storm. The before and after photos provided by him clearly show the quality of work done. We would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Came to clean gutters for unit complex and left the biggest mess in my balcony. Said they couldn't gain access to clean but someone was at home all day. DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE DONT HELP AND TELL YOU BAD LUCK

Sydney Gutterclean were a pleasure to deal with. They responded promptly to my enquiry, were very clear on pricing and sent confirmation of our booking in writing by text. Jean-Marc was the technician they sent and he was brilliant. We got advance notice he was coming, he got straight to work & left absolutely no mess whatsoever. The before & after photos he took were terrific verification that he had done a great job. We have already rebooked them to do another clean next year.

I am very impressed with the overall service of Sydney Gutterclean from start arranging a quote, where the phone was answered immediately and confirmation received by text and email immediately after. On the day, Josh was early but very friendly and I was able to talk him through the job over the phone and when I finally got home, he already had the job completed. The whole experience was simple and very efficient. I would recommend Josh and Sydney Gutterclean.

I contacted Sydney Gutterclean 2 weeks ago to clean the gutters in our terrace. They were incredibly responsive and informative. Their tradesperson, Vincent, arrived on time, kept me in the loop on what needed doing and the process. My gutters are now in reasonable shape now for winter!

I'm so glad to have found this company after unsuccessfully trying for quote or appointment with other places. They were prompt with quote, booking and transparent as their emails explain everything. The assigned technician (Jean-Marc) was punctual, polite, respectful, informative and efficient with a no hassles attitude. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The contrast of the before and after photos showed how well he carried out the work. Top notch service from company and technician.

The technician, Jean-Marc, who recently undertook our first roof clean with Sydney Gutter Clean was a very thorough and conscientious workman who did an excellent job of clearing the roof, gutters, and even underneath the solar panels. We could not have hoped for a better first experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest, BUT, even given that, I was so impressed by the service. It started with Ashlee who replied promptly to my query & then provided me with confirmations every step of the way. Then Dane, who provided the service, arrived on time & was extremely professional & courteous. He transformed my gutters from being something close to a forest into the job they were designed to do. The price, I thought, was very reasonable. So my take, I would totally recommend this company.
