Best haircut/barber experience I can remember having.Welcomed the moment I walked through the door, and Edward was fantastic with the cut.They were recommended in high regard and rightfully so!

I was here a few weeks ago, got my hair cut and styled by Samantha, absolutely wonderful lady with amazing talent and great conversational skills. She did a wonderful job of my hair for my engagement party.Today also, Edward gave my haircut a style over with a trim and made it look ten times better. I won't go anywhere else now.100/10 would definitely recommend.

I will not be coming back here. Not a very friendly nor welcoming environment, and I felt the staff were dismissive and even borderline rude. Basic niceties including the hairdressers introducing themselves, being offered a drink of water or cup of coffee while foils were processing, were omitted; I did however notice these things were extended to the other clients in the salon at the time.The overall quality of the service I received was what I was most disappointed by. I had an afternoon appointment for a full head of foils and cut. It was blatantly obvious the hairdresser doing my hair was more concerned about her knock off time, than she was about my hair. Because of this, I feel she became careless and frankly lazy. I could hear her complaining about this to her colleague, which she decided was appropriate to do only a few feet away from me? And she then began suggesting I “didn’t need” my hair toned/dried/straightened - an obvious attempt to get done with me quicker. The “style cut” I was left with looks like my hair was hacked away at by a chainsaw and kitchen knife and is totally uneven. The colour highlights are minimal to the top of my head, and very heavy amongst the underneath layers. Embarrassed to wear my hair in any style other than a bun to try and hide how awful it is. Multiple people have since told me I should not have paid for such service.Very poor experience.

I have finally found someone who coloured and cut my hair which I was very satisfied with. A great job by Kate - thoroughly recommend. I certainly will be back

I was very nervous having my hair coloured after using henna. Lisa was amazing. She did careful strand tests, called me back to tell me how they went and advised on the best colour choices. My transition back has been stress free. I can't thank Lisa enough for her professionalism and kindness.

I love my appointments with Shanni, always friendly and up for a chat which makes you feel special. I even bought my 85yo mother down for cut and Shanni did her hair straight away and put in a spray-on colour. My mum came out beaming with her new look. Shanni now has another client booking in.

We absolutely love our camping spot, our lucky 13 and it's out of the wind and lovely family place with water park for kids, we'll be back for sure

It’s always a pleasure getting my hair done by Lisa. She is always so friendly, and succeeds in getting my cut and hair colour just the way I love it. When someone has been in business in the same place for 30 years, it says a lot about the management and great customer service they offer. I love the new recent renovations done to the salon. It’s so fresh, clean and modern.Thanks again for another great experience, cut, colour, etc. See you in six weeks.

I was here with my son Eli today. Sam cut his hair and did the most amazing job. She was so patient with him and kept talking to him to make him feel better as he was a bit scared at first due to negative experiences elsewhere. Highly recommend this salon.
