m40fit Queanbeyan
Highly recommend for those over 40. As gyms go, m40fit is friendly, welcoming, and in no way intimidating. The equipment is good and easy to use. It's ideal for middle aged people who want to get fit. Access to the equipment is easy to as the place is rarely crowded.
