One star for the fact we actually got food. But I didn't get what I paid for. Supposed to get 20 nuggets and we got 10. Ordered a caramel sundae and got a chocolate one. Ordered quarter pounder got a big mac. Fool me as I should have checked before driving off as Kurri never gets the order right. It infuriates me as I always have to use my fuel to come back there. Staff should be checking the orders before they hand them over.

I have never had a McRib before but I don't think it should look like this? 2 x large fries stone cold and the same with our 24 x nuggets. Goodbye $50 to only enjoy not even half of our meal.

Food was fine, came out quickly and hot. However I did see some of the staff handling bacon for burgers without gloves which sort of put me off. Lots of long hair not in hairnets also and store was a bit dirty.

When someone asks for no pickles there is a reason for it….When someone asks for extra hot coffee there is a reason for it…..Tonight the hamburgers were cold with pickles after asking for NO PICKLES due to being allergic to them The chips were cold which is nothing unusual and the coffee was Luke warm Why do I bother ……

The customer service ethic here is amazing. The staff were all incredibly friendly and apologetic for the slightest delay (which wasn't an issue) . Manager went out of his way to make up for a system crash by chasing up my order manually and throwing in a freebie. Happy well trained staff and the usual great standard of food.

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen- the kids play area doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned and my 4 year old said that the slippery dip was wet inside. My coffee from McCafe was warm but not hot (otherwise ok) and it looked like only the manager was making the drinks for everyone- other staff were just standing around not doing anything aside from avoiding eye contact with customers and (I assume) waiting for more orders for their particular station. But the playground was so dirty. Food, grass, grime, who knows what bacteria is breeding here.

The drive-through is so slow.One person does ordering and payment.2 speakers one person .The hct tosties.The tomato is always cold, and cheese is not melted.The staff all seem lovely.Just need more staff,and better time management.

They took 25 minutes to make 2 coffees. Rubbish service. Coffee tastes burnt. With a 25 min wait, I had time to watch them literally throw burgers and meals together without a bit of care. Don't waste your time with a visit not even for a simple coffee.

I know Maccas can get a bad rap, fast food can be too fast! Today everything was perfect, my coffee, fries and burger. Atmosphere was good with the team working and laughing, while others wouldn't like this I thought that it was good, lovely to hear.
