Coles Express is the only gas station in St. Lucia and is located at the junction of Sir Fred Schonell Drive and Gailey Rd. It has options for petrol as well as diesel and is adjacent to Kmart Tyre & Auto Service station. It has multiple parking options, if you are in for a quick shopping from Coles Express outlet. The staff is very cooperative and knowledgeable.

Pros : Very friendly service, the people working here are always happy to chat. Most convenient one for uni.Cons : Literally the most expensive petrol station in Brisbane/Queensland (maybe even Australia). Not even kidding, this is a well known fact amongst locals and lots of people with sports cars will occasionally fill up here.

Always friendly staff, but the petrol here is generally about 4 - 10 cents a litre more than further out petrol stations. Well stocked store.

I usually don't write reviews for petrol stations, but Oscar was really kind and supportive and helped me in some way. I'm writing to thank Oscar again :)

Pretty conveniently located. Not so helpful staff and facilities though if you need actual service station. Not bad though

Convenient service station right in the heart of Taringa. And now they've added $1 coffees into the mix. That’s the best value coffee you’ll get anywhere in Bris, where most coffees these days cost a min of $4. And it’s a pretty decent brew too, on a par with any you’d get anywhere else. The only problem is that there’s nowhere to sit down and drink it; so you either drink it in your car or take it away; but either way I can’t resist it. The last time I paid $1 for a cup of coffee was in 2000, the same year that the G.S.T. was introduced, which just goes to show the extent to which to which our little Aussie peso is rapidly becoming a worthless piece of paper! But back to the petrol station. Another reason to love it is the ease of ingress and egress. It’s directly off Gailey Road, making it a breeze to enter it. The roadway leading out of the station is wide, with good vision making it fairly easy to re-enter Gailey Rd on your way out. There’s a small selection of essential groceries in the little shop, including handy take-away sandwiches, which are ideal if you’re on the road or you don’t have time to make lunch yourself. I usually choose the chicken and avo, which is delicious and excellent value at only $5.The guys who work here are always super friendly, helpful and polite, making it a pleasure to stop and fill up and buy something in the shop.Altogether, a really good station with plenty of bowsers, a useful convenience store on site with takeaway coffee, simple entry and exit and helpful and friendly staff. And keep the bottom of your Coles dockets for 4c off per litre of fuel. It’s not much but in these dire economic times, every bit helps.

Would have to take the cake for most expensive fuel price in Brisbane. Consistently 10c+ above anywhere else. I plan trips and get fuel in other parts of Brisbane and save $. I'm not sure why so many people fill up here. Although they do have the basics at reasonable prices. Kmart tyre and auto next door is convenient. Rental cars are available and they have the Coles food lockers.

Fuel seemed expensive here. I got a coffee, and the machine had run out of milk. I mentioned it to the guy, and he cheerfully filled it and let me make a second one, which hit the spot. The range of convenience foods looked a lot smaller than Coles express usually has. This is a Click and collect point for Coles.

Starting fueling up. unlocked my phone to add money so i can pay. The pump stopped working. Thought it was my car so i spent too long trying to figure it out. The customer lady just cut my fuel off since phones arent allowed" and didnt bother to let me know. What a waste of time
