Denis Morrissey Park
Loved this dog park its hidden off the street behind a service station among the gum trees and although small has loads of variety. Small hills, tunnels, bark, grass, sand. Its a treasure chest for a medium dog looking for an out from the backyard. It was peak time when we visited and everyone stood around having a great chinwag while watching our furbabies rumble. There is a back gate that lets you out onto a grassed oval and a lot of us took the dogs out for a longer run for a shorter time before moving on. Worth the drive!

Have gone there 4 times but it is only one fenced off area .Last time a dog was aggressive to another dog and we are not going back . It's basic and a shame the oval isn't utilised. Might be a good area for families with a dog on a quiet day. After discovering another park theLJ Lewis Park it's worth the trip !Hopefully the new Lochiel one is better .Even Aldinga Beach one is better grassed etc and 3 section's

A well equipped park: off street parking, playground, lawn, seating, petrol stations sell ice cream, toilet and off leash dog park.Large gum trees shade the path and the playground.

An excellent place to pull over for a break. The place has facilities. Food and coffee is available in the service station. Importantly, it has a dog run. So if your pooch is suffering from the road, it's a great place to let them out and have a run.

Small park for active or larger dogs, never seems to be any poop bags either so bring your own.

It could be good. Moving to the district, I was excited to explore nearby dog parks. However, where the ground sloped down, a little unevenly, there was a gap of several inches at the base of the fence. There was no way that I would have dared unleash my little Maltese - ShihTzu dog, as he could easily have got under the fence, & the park is very close to two main roads. So I sat there for a while, with the pup on his lead, & then departed, never to return. I can’t understand how people say that they let chihuahuas run off leas. I was extremely disappointed.
