Bunches Wollongong - Best Florist in Australia
Their flowers are very nice but the customer experience is not. I asked if I can get a smaller flower arrangement with pastel colored flowers they had in the larger bouquets they had just put together but they said the smaller ones are only “florist choice”. They’re rude and inflexible but I needed flowers so I ended up buying the bigger bouquet.

Absolutely disappointed!Our family has supported your business for 10+ yearsNever again will we support youOrdered $200+ flowers for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my wife’s work.Did not get delivered until 5:30pmAfter many follow up calls to be confirmed when and where they will get delivered they go to the secondary address that was last resort if she wasn’t at work.If you are too busy to deliver within reasonable hours why accept more customers for the day?Never again!

Expensive but amazing. Worth every cent. I purchased myself a bunch of native blooms ($75) from the team at Bunches Wollongong today. The team were very friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in the door. In love with my new table arrangement. Thank you!

Bunches Wollongong - Best Florist in Australia
Have been a loyal customer of Bunches since they opened but i feel they have become greedy and the quality has gone downhill. On mother's day I ordered a bunch for my mother online to be delivered which looked nothing like what was pictured on the website and instead received a bunch which was 80% Gerberas and Daisies. I sent an email 2 weeks ago asking what went wrong and have not heard back. This is how you lose a customer.

Bought an everlast flower but the box was peeling. Asked nicely if I could get a different lid. Manager chucked a fit for no reason. Terrible customer service from Manager. Young lady serving me was very nice though. Won't be going back.

Myself and my family have been loyal Bunches customers since they opened. However my last few visits haven't been to the same standard I've come to expect. In my last 3 visits, there have been exceptionally limited number of arrangements to choose from (all of these visits were on different day of the week), arrangements seem sloppily put together and the number of different stems per bouquet was really low. Quite simply: the flowers look boring. Staff also aren't who I'm used to dealing with, so perhaps the business has changed hands? They new staff seemed inexperienced and not very helpful. Either way, I definitely can't recommend the business to others anymore.

The bunches team always do a great job bringing to life what you’re asking for. They provide quick delivery and easy ordering process. Their flowers are stunning. Have been my favourite for many years.
