CrossFit Innovation Gym

Cardinia CrossFit has been the best gym I have been to. I always felt anxious being in a gym without a friend but I have joined this family of people and love seeing them each day. Everyday is new and exciting, new movements, new combinations and even partner workouts on the weekend. We are always laughing and supporting one another to try new things and challenge ourselves. Recently we have been doing a winter challenge to help stay motivated in this cold weather and it has been so fun. Everyone has become competitive but supporting each other to push each day. I love it at Cardinia CrossFit and can't wait to progress more and see what I can achieve.

This gym is like no other!! It has everything you need to get fit and healthy as well as maintain it. The community vibe is so strong and welcoming! The gym is clean ans well cared for by the owner Alana. The trainers are all so knowledgeable and caring! I highly recommend this gym for any of your fitness goals!

This is the best gym around! Incredibly friendly, caring and supportive community. The Coaches are super friendly and supportive and always push you to achieve your goals. They offer a large range of different classes with lots of CrossFit, Weightlifting and CFGymnastics classes, you can really work on all your skills. I highly recommend Cardinia Strength and Fitness.

Alana and the team at Cardinia CrossFit are great coaches. The gym has a nice community feel and everyone is encouraged to be their best self.All the coaches really know their stuff so you can work out feeing safe and supported. Between the CrossFit classes and Olympic weightlifting there is something for everyone. Make sure you come along and meet the crew!

I have always been shy in regards to gyms always feeling inferior but from the first session starting here I felt like family.CSF has helped my Running, strength and overall fitness, the coaches are super women and I credit everything I have achieved to them.

I came here to learn about CrossFit, to challenge myself with something different, and I ended up staying for the community. If you want to challenge yourself to be the best version of yourself, look no further than this place!

By far the best training facility / environment in the area! Alana and the coaches at Cardinia CrossFit are all extremely knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and supportive of everyone on their fitness journey. The atmosphere within the gym and it's community is always fun, friendly and motivational. Can not recommend enough!
