Highly recommend Dr Ha. She is caring, friendly, and didn't ignore my concerns. Glad she's joined Magill Family Practice.

Staff were friendly, the Dr I saw was kind and very honest about the healthcare services I could access. I was happy with the level of care provided to me. Have moved to this GP clinic due to moving house. The practice itself is super clean, bright and modern design. Reception staff were very friendly over the phone too. I felt welcome from the get go.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Wilson today, and every part of the appointment was excellent. Reception staff were great, the doctor was fantastic - caring, thorough, willing to explain, and knowledgeable. I'm so pleased we have a clinic such as this so close to us - what a luxury.

Dr. arrived right on time. Explained everything I asked and gave me copies of lab results. Very friendly and a pleasure to see him.

My client who is under the disability umbrella had a phone appointment. The doctor was lovely, and she understood I had to drive 20 minutes to the practice to get my clients medication chart updated. 2 minute job. When I arrived at reception, the woman behind the counter couldn't care less, and told me I would have to come back later that day. When asked why, it's only a 2 minute job to update the med chart, she stated she has other clients to see. The receptionist would not budge. My poor client was in distress and needed her medication. This woman did not care. I had to call my manager as I didn't have time to return that day. So it took 1hr 20mins of driving and 2 support workers to get a med chart updated. Disgraceful

Met a new doctor today. Really friendly professional and comprehensive care. And as always the desk was super efficient and friendly

I am only 18 and attended the magill family practise 4 times in the past month about an ongoing issue. I didn’t receive a single useful piece of information or treatment for my issue, just constantly being told to wait and see how it goes, even though i informed them i was in constant discomfort. I was also told by the doctor that she was almost certain i had an serious incurable infection but that she would take a test just to be CERTAIN. i was told i would receive a call about my results in three days and thankfully, my results were negative but i only received the results once i called after two weeks. The whole two weeks i waited for my results i was in constant stress, having been convinced i had been infected by a life changing infection. A professional should never state that they THINK they are certain a patient has a certain issue, rather talk me through what it could be and how to manage it. I was required to pay full price for every consult, even one that was so short i didn’t even have time to sit in the doctors office. I was also charged $105 for a basic, 10 minute appointment and when i questioned the receptionist named ‘Karen’ she was nothing but rude and blunt with me, unwilling to explain to me why i was being charged double the price for an identical appointment i attended two weeks ago and only paid $56 and rudely told me to sit and wait if i wanted an explanation. She then down right ignored me once i approached her to complete my payment, another nurse had to come and assist me. i will never be coming back to these doctors which is sad given they have been my family doctors for generations. it is clear to me now that this doctors office has become solely about profit than healthcare

I would not recommend seeing Dr. Lorenzo. He gave me a prescription for some medicine that I apparently needed. Went to the pharmacy to get the medication and the pharmacist gave me the prescription back and said you don't need a prescription for this. Its just an over the counter medicine and of course he charged me for his time to write a prescription that I did not need.on top of this, I had to do a blood test and he gave me a call after just to say results are all normal and I responded with ok thanks bye. literally a 2-3 min conversation and was charged for a phone consult of $80. Found this totally unprofessional and seems to be only after money. Have seen other gps who do not charge you when they just tell you that your results are normal.

The receptionist are not that helpful and unkind. It is unprofessional to not be friendly to patients I did not have a nice experience the doctors are nice but not the staff

I had my hand crushed, I came straight in. Was told xray would be two days and would not prescribe pain killers , I then asked for it to be strapped and doctor put 1 piece of eyepatch tape around my finger. I refused to pay and talked to supervising nurse ans she said in her experience finger injuries do not hurt and I was the first to tell her they do. Went to hospital and found out it was broken in 5 places
