Was here at the start of the week to get my 2nd vape. Spoke to Tim and he was extremely polite and helpful. I asked all my amateur question and he was happy to run through things with me and answer everything I asked even and was happy to pull out other vape gear to show me more options to help me make a decision. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again Tim! I'll be back

Great store/s for all your vaping needs. Really knowledgeable staff that are friendly, easy going, polite and courteous, that are not intimidating, dismissive or ambivalent to new comers. Good range of local and International ejuice at very reasonable prices. Its terrific to see them enter the market both online and with several physical stores. I'm grateful for their presence and wish them every success. Highly recommend Wick & Wire

Nice little shop, Dan's good people, great customer service, very knowledgeable whether you're looking for advice on a first setup, flavour suggestions or something more advanced. If I had one small gripe, I would love to see a bit more rebuildable stuff, maybe a better range of wick an wire at wick and wire hmmmm? Still it's a small complaint that really doesn't effect my review of the store or it's staff. Well done guys.....

Very bad customer service, bought once, will never buy from this store again. Condescending, unprofessional, and very disappointed by a store that's meant to be a industry leader. Your choice really.
