The best regional doctors practice around. Very caring and professional Doctors are first class. Girls at reception are always very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Sorell has two very professional veterinary clinics that, as a person, I would choose to use over this practice. Today, I attended on time for an urgent appointment that a family member had made on my behalf via an online booking. It turned out that due to a glitch in their system a duplicate of my name was on file. The appointment was confirmed. The doctor was booked. I was punctual. I was refused admission as they are no longer taking new patients. My appointment would have taken mere minutes. If they had not confirmed the online booking I would have booked into another practice. Instead I was denied access to a doctor’s appointment that was booked and confirmed. Other members of my family have used this practise in the past but today’s reception could not care less. I am reluctant to negatively review a local business but if this review makes them improve their systems it will be worth the time it took to tap out this review from my sick bed.

Sorell Doctors Surgery has been my choice of practice since i moved to the area 7 years ago. Friendly office team. Knowledgeable and caring practitioners. Ample parking next door. A numbee of extra services offered within the building.

Reception staff are friendly and welcoming! The doctors are caring, professional, honest and treat people as the individuals they are. Diversity along with other provided health care practitioners are the key with this practice. Have been with this practice since its opening and highly recommend.
