Adbul and Staff were prompt, very professional and fair priced considering the task ahead of them. They cleared everything on the site that I asked and as there was a massive disgusting hoarder prior.with absolute rubbish everywhere. I have seen other Companies clear sites and they are left uneven and somewhat mountainous but Abduls' staff left the site flat and even. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to demolish an old home for redevelopment. I will be calling him back for my future projects. Having a difficult and sloped block and getting treated like a nuisance by other companies, I cannot understate how professional Ahmed and his crew are. He offered good advice, knows his profession and the industry and gave great tips. I highly recommend Armstrong Demolition. Demolished 4 bedroom house for KDRB in Eastern suburb. Ahmad and his team did a really good job and left the site clean. Builder was happy with the site after demo. Their quote was a lot less than other demo companies. This included sewer and storm water capping.

They went and quoted the job quickly and gave a competitive quote with extras included.The demo job was done in a short period of time, with no questions asked, just in the nick of time before the Christmas holiday period starts. They've also been very communicative and accommodating with unexpected items like removal of underground septic tank, installing a water tap, sewer capping, tree removals and so on.Really couldn't recommend them higher.
