The team at PCFIXIT Recovery was awesome in helping us recover data from an external wireless hard drive that we were backing up to in our household. Tim never replies to my messages nor does he call me back. I have emailed, left several messages and a Facebook message. He still has my property after almost 3 weeks and nothing is making sense I have yet to receive any communication back. Tim asked for all my passwords and then leaves me with no information or confirmation on when this will be resolved I have been highly stressed and would not use this service again. Tim finally contacts me after I left a bad review threatening legal action surprise surprise. Asked to collect my things didn't meet me at agreed time and has blocked me on Facebook so I can't contact him. Very unprofessional never encountered this with any business in my life. What a waste of my time and energy. Seriously need to re evaluate your business decisions and communication with people because this has been an actual nightmare.

My desktop would not boot up and Tim repaired it for me 9 months ago, he found the problem quickly and replaced the RAM with a used stick he sourced from another computer of the same age to get it up and going. The unit is 10 years old and suitable new RAM was no longer made. He kept me informed of the process and let me know when it was ready to be collected. Price charged was very reasonable. Last week the same thing happened and again he got it up and running and did not even charge me for his service nor for the part. Extremely happy with PC Fixit and their willingness to go far and beyond in particular their attitude to fixing rather than just throwing away if at all possible. Thank you Tim.

Tim was very helpful. Firstly , I had trouble finding the workshop and Tim patiently guided me to the premises. Secondly, he came out to the car park to meet me and Thirdly, he was able to fix my computer. Can’t ask for better service than that. Thankyou for your quick response to my computer problems. Project Completed On-TimeOur company recently engaged PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions to design and deploy a Wireless connection between our 2 business locations to allow the addition of another office. They arranged the entire job, ensuring all OHS requirements were met for our site.During the installation we also upgraded our internet to 100/100 after they performed a cost analysis of our existing services and found that we could get a faster connection for a nominal additional fee.My wife is no longer loathing our Network Cupboard" after it was upgraded to a Data Rack
