Had a good experience, rented twice with them. First time I rented, I had told them what I was looking for and they found something for me - saved time and energy searching. When leaving the second place, the final inspection was done and bond form lodged the same day I returned my keys

The worst realestate I’ve ever rented from.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS REALESTATE !They are extremely unprofessional and they don’t care about their tenants healthand safety.My wife and I rented through nuggent recently ,we were told it was professionally cleaned and after moving in we found out how filthy it truly is.And there was plenty of the things that needed to be fixed that they never fixed or even came to do a routine inspection ,The oven / stove tops were that rusted that it never worked so we had to use a portable camper gas stove to cook with.The bathroom/ both bedrooms were riddled with mould that it consumed most of our personal items & had to be thrown out , as a result to the mould being airborne it also affected our health. We couldn’t use the bathroom due to the removal of the ceiling that they left open for the entire time of our lease which let above dust & dirt fall from everyone walking around in the unit above.We ended up having to rent a storage unit for entire time we rented the property so our personal things would be safe.We informed Judith & the Team ,they blamed us & took no responsibility ,even after it was proven by mould experts that the mould had been in the unit for yearsprior to us moving in.The stress & hardship that they put on us as Tenants ,I just don’t want anyone else to go through what we experienced.Now we are living in a far better place &Dealing with a Very Professional Realestate.

Had a very negative experience with Nugent realty a few years ago when I was renting a property and was made to feel unwelcome in my own home when the owner had decided to sell - have never forgotten it. Highly unprofessional, and downright bullying behaviour. I've happily steered clear of this real estate since, and am now a home owner and landlord in my own right. My money is better spent elsewhere. I am disappointed but not surprised to still be reading negative reviews after all this time...

0 stars this is by far the worst real estate agent I have ever delt with! They moved me into a flithy house which they said had been professionally cleaned. The house was infested with fleas I couldn't actually move in for 2 weeks after signing lease and they told me it wasn't their fault so I had to still pay rent. Judith herself entered my house then on multiple occasions Without consent, and when I confronted her about it she said sorry and begged me not to mention anymore. So unprofessional. Highly DO NOT reccomend!!!

Thank you to all at Nugents. We were with them for several years before having to move interstate due to family matters .Thanks to Nugents, our move went really smoothly, and I can't thank them enough for their support during a difficult time.We will definitely call them again when we move back to the Coast.

Worst experience I have ever had to be put through.. The owner is so unprofessional and does not care how she treats clients, that being the tenant or the house owner. . They will Take your bond money and turn their mistakes into yours , they take no responsibility for their actions.. If this is how the real estate industry allows real estates to conduct themselves then the hole industry needs a over hall.. Do yourself a huge favour and stay well clear or you will end up broke..

I've been renting on the Gold Coast for over 20 years and dealt with many, many property managers and Judith Nugent has been the best by far. It must be hard to balance the needs of the tenant and landlord but she manages to do it well.

My husband and I would never recommend Nugent Realty. The woman takes no pride in tenants, accepts the first tenant that applies and can afford the bond money and leaves it at that. Our property was not looked after and we would urge you not to trust Nugent Realty. Check ratings before using any rental agent. We are now with a wonderful agency, one of the larger well known ones and they are fabulous.

Would rent with them ten times over. In fact I wish I was still renting through them. Judith, Deb and Angel are all amazing people and they are lovely people too. If I had any problems (which were barely any) they had them fixed that day.

We started dealing with Judith Nugent Realty six months ago and have found them to be one of the best we have dealt with. Any issues we have had have been dealt with promptly. She keeps us updated with how issues are being handled and have been friendly and helpful to deal with. Would happily recommend to any tenants.
