Textile Link

I would happily recommend Textile Link. Working essentially from a handful of sketches, CAD renders and written specifications, Sandi and her team managed to successfully turn around a number of high-quality prototypes for a new product. All of this came during several Covid-19 lock downs, work at home orders and major international shipping delays. It must have taken a herculean effort to do this despite all those hindrances. I was extremely impressed with the ongoing commitment to outcome of my product development.

I've been working with Textile Link for a year now on some very specialised gear I've designed. They're 100% fantastic to work with and the quality of what they produce is equally fantastic. Basically, they helped me take a concept through from a rough drawing to a final product hat I now sell globally. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sandi was amazingly helpful and easy to communicate with. I have dealt with quite a few companies who make jumpers and Sandi and Textile Link are so far the only company who have been able to create exactly what I asked for, in quite a small run. The jumpers themselves were excellent quality and my students and I are very happy with them. Thank you. :)

Textilelink team made me custom heavy duty PA speaker covers. I am very pleased with the communication between customer and client. Product came out very clean looking and fit the speakers perfectly. Highly recommend.

I needed a set of bags for a musical instrument, which has a lot of irregular shaped pieces. I found the website for Curtain Ideas/Textile Link, which said they could make bags of any size or shape. I contacted them, went to meet Sandi (who helped a great deal with the design) and ordered the bags.When they arrived, they looked great and were exactly what I wanted. The material is strong, the stitching is also strong and secure, the zips are solid, and I can now transport the instrument anywhere without worrying about damage. I can recommend Textile Link for its service, its helpfulness (Sandi is marvellous) the quality of its materials and manufacture, and its pricing structure. They went out of their way to help me produce a one-off set of cases.

I made an enquiry to Textile Link to manufacture my patented activewear design. They were interested, communicated well, asked for all of my design information (Tech pack), Sandi even phoned me to inform my design is being “sent to her manufacturers for costing” and “will get right back to me”Well it has now been more than SIX WEEKS since they asked for all of my design information and then I NEVER heard back from them again. I have relentlessly phoned Sandi and the company phone number, left them voice messages, text messaged Sandi and sent Sandi and Thanu numerous email and have received ZERO RESPONSE.This is beyond a joke - I have never had any company take such information and then just cut you off. I have given them ample opportunity and time to get back to me regarding what has happened with my design?? Why won’t you reply?? It seems they have responded to all of their other reviews, so maybe you can explain yourself on here?
