Went in to buy a mattress and Pedr was on by himself extremely busy and under the pump but made sure he acknowledged everyone that walked through the door. Once we were served his service was fantastic, somehow making buying a mattress seem “fun” with plenty of laughs and taking the time to blow the kids up a couple of balloons and acknowledge them as well. It’s not often you go in somewhere especially when they’re short staffed (literally just him on) and receive great service.Thank you Pedr for making it an enjoyable one! We definitely will be back.

Very helpful staff. I've been to other shops, where they automatically try to steer you to their most expensive option, often without even asking questions about sleep habits and needs. But at OMF, they took their time and helped me pick a mattress that suited me, offering me a range of choices with different price point. It was excellent customer service, and I'm happy with my purchase.
