Do not build, our roof is leaking into our walls and through doorframes. When I have asked them to fix their work, in numerous emails due to the damage happening to the walls, they ignore you. Not to mention the black mold that will grow causing health issues. You need to go through logging claims with governing bodies, just to get them to fix what is under warranty. I’m still waiting and the wet season is coming…. Absolutely pathetic, don’t lose your hard earned money to build with someone who is not prepared to fix their mistakes and adhere to the warranty

1 star because I can't do none. I would not in good faith recommend simonds homes to anyone. We built our dream home" over 2 years ago and it is anything but the wonderful experience we had hoped for. Almost 2 years later and our maintenance has not been completed. We call every week without fail and our calls are either not returned or time frames are set and not adhered to. I am so so disappointed and more so furious that Simonds are more than happy to take our money during the build whilst we adhere to our contractual obligations but as soon as handover is completed they have no regard for following through with their own obligations. Our home was not even cleaned before it was handed over. We may as well rip up our warranty at this stage as it does not mean a thing to these "family builders". If you are dealing with Simonds expect nothing more than another money hungry corporation throwing around promises that they have no intention to fulfil. I am furious

Very nice people. Always attended genuine maintenance requests even after few years of building. They will be my preferred builderd for my next home.

Very pleasant, fast response, clearly informative, patient, and easy to deal with.

Poor service, cheap trades, unexplained delays and completely non-responsive. They also delete negative reviews/testimonials.All the hallmarks of a Builder that is in serious financial difficulty.
