Fantastic staff! They were so professional, helpful and friendly leading upto and on my wedding day! My photo's were to die for!! Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic service, Steve was amazing with our elopement marriage day. We felt very comfortable to be around him, his skill and passion really showed through his work from the get go. Steve made the day very easy by being so flexible to our situation, and gave us incredible photos to keep looking at for years to come. I highly suggest you take a visit to the studio and get to meet Steve. We look forward to choosing him as an option for other occasions.

I have contacted the studio on 10 OCCASIONS as per my call log above and each time I have been given an bunch of excuse as to why I cannot view my child's photos. They range from:1.we dont have a login avail for you and you have to wait for other clients logins to expire x 22. we cant just email them because its too many clicks and work for us and its easier for us to use the portal so wait once again x 23. we all have covid x 2What I havent seen 6 weeks later are photos STILL After 10 calls I believe I have been very patient and am disappointed that I have yet to see them.I have so paid them already. When I call and leave a message noone returns my call either.

We went to Steve the co owner to look at our wedding photos..Absolutely stunning results of the photos..it was amazing to see the photos ..actually 677 photos ..nothing was an effort for Steve Also his lovely staff..we left very content and relaxed..Can't say enough about the wonderful Gainsborough Studio ..well done Steve and to your lovely staff..seeya soon .Chris..

We have had family photos taken by Gainsborough for over 25 years and have always been happy with their work, friendly professional manner and attention to detail. Their efforts over the years is very much appreciated. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve was absolutely amazing, couldn't recommend highly enough. He's a great communicator, felt so relaxed with him on the day, problem solver & amazing results. Big thanks to Steve!
