They opened one of my packages, destroyed the contents inside & than sent the broken item back to me. I wouldnt use this service for anything since their is no care or morals for peoples possessions.Sending anything via this company instantly puts the items at risk from being drstroyed and sent back to you. They will still charge you to.They tore open my box which contained a playstation game, than smashed the playstation game case to pieces and snapped the disc. Than sent it back to me.This place needs to be shut down asap

A big thank you to Christine who answered the phone when I rang to find out where my parcel was. She found where it was, emailed them while I was on the phone and arranged for me to pick it up from the depot later today. I understand that deliveries are behind at this time of year, but she provided excellent customer service and solved my problem on the spot. Very grateful!

Today was my second interaction with VTFE and only because the Company I placed an order with were to slack to call the courier service to track my order. So, I simply contacted VTFE myself. The service and follow up given was second to none as was my first contact last year. Customer care and service is obviously a top priority for VTFE. VT Freight Express have been very professional in delivering my package - when I was not at home they called me to advise they attempted to deliver the package and held my package while as I was out of town on business.Thank you VT Freight Express great customer service and the Australian can do attitude :)

VTFE went over and above to help us with a critical/ time sensitive delivery. They always do a great job for our business. it doesn't matter if they pick up 1 item or 10 pallets, they are always prompt, polite and extremely helpful.

After having a delivery carded as I forgot to request an authority to leave, the team at VTFE went above and beyond in having my parcel redelivered - with an authority to leave.The customer service, is hands down the best I have ever experienced with a courier company. Thanks again!

Delivered my order to the wrong address, not even remotely similar to my address. The lady who received my order also ordered from same company so maybe the driver was lazy and decided to leave my order with her too. Absolutely appalling service.Edit: I have collected my order from a complete strangers house, luckily she contacted me and didn't decide to keep it. VTFE Please ensure this sloppy service doesn't happen again to anyone and I'll be happy.

Lazy driver! Left my delivery blocking the customer serving area. I asked him not to leave it there and move it to delivery receivable area but he denied and walked away. Not acceptable, this driver is definitely not trained for Occupational Health and Safety.
