After parking our car in the car park that has entry through a building managed by Kastle Systems, we were locked out of the building on re-entry. We were told we only had car park entry without authorisation into the building, despite entering the building to leave the car park. The bureaucracy of this company left my family stranded, unable to access our car, house keys and mobile phones, on Easter Sunday.An absolute joke and completely shameful. If you have access to the car park underneath the building, and exit said car park through building foyer, then you should be able to re enter the building. So disappointed with the service.
