I would highly recommend Tweed Coast Yoga to anyone who wants a beautiful body, mind and soul experience. I first started practising earlier this year, firstly with Hatha and later incorporating a Yin class. As I suffer with arthritis, it's the best thing that I have ever undertaken for increased flexibility, mobility and self awareness. The instructors are super friendly and the environment welcoming. They are very professional in their approach to their classes, and assist in any way they can, to enable you to undertake the poses correctly and to get the best possible experience. Great value for money and in a great location.

If you want an absolutely wonderful yoga experience come to this studio. Terri and the other teachers are so warm and welcoming to all. You will feel truly supported no matter what your experience and ability level; beginners, those with injuries, or those who wish to work on particular poses to go a little further on their yoga journey. The classes are the most whollistic I have found in terms of really connecting your mind, your breath and your body. It is extremely affordable and I love every class.

I love Tweed Coast Yoga. The teachers are super friendly, the location is central and most of all the cost is amazing....just $10 a session. I dont feel guilty about spending money on myself and feel great afterwards.

Terri is a wonderful person and teacher, focused on helping her students in any way she can. She is very skilled, gentle and takes the effort to get to know her students personality, strengths and challenges, to be able help them with personal guidance and care. I have no personal experience with the other teachers, but heard they are awesome. Some of them are even hosting yoga teacher trainings. I can highly recommend this place. =)

Highly recommend Tweed Coast Yoga.Terri and all the other instructors are very professional. They take an individual interest in all participants and instruct according to individual needs.The atmosphere is always very welcoming and comfortable.
