Sometimes we don’t have all the answers, but Soraya really knows how to allow your body to speak for you through art. Had some resistance going into these sessions but Soraya has truly been helping me to unpack some massive things in my life.HIGHLY RECOMMEND for adults OR children. Soraya has also worked with my 11yo boy who suffers from ADHD and is on the spectrum.After a session with Soraya, he discovered he likes to sew and even said it’s better than video games. UNBELIEVABLE!Soraya is an incredible human being.What a wonderful journey.Art therapy with Raya is the best!

Real Connections Art Therapy
My beautifully autistic 9 year old has gained so much value from her art therapy sessions with Soraya. Soraya's approach is gentle and her warm and happy nature makes others feel comfortable. Her art therapy approach makes it easy to open up and explore emotions, followed by useful strategies to use outside of the session.
