Wonderful experience! Beautiful winery with some exceptional wines. We loved the Verdhelo and the Premium Shiraz. Mary was a very knowledgeable and welcoming host. The winery and the calibre of wines are definitely a cut above the others in the region. We will definitely be back.

Possibly the best in the Granite belt, or for that matter Australia. I have experienced wineries in WA, SA, QLD and NZ. I really enjoyed it best here. First the service, which included informative conversation and secondly the wines, which I found to be completely unique. Some wineries serve wines you can savour anywhere, but these wines were different. They truly were unique. Tony is a Master Craftsman, not to mention a Historian with a flare for captivating public speaking. We will be visiting here regularly, having recently moved into the area. Thrilled to have this place in my neighbourhood.

What an awesome place!! The wine is to die for. It is so delicious. You are privileged to taste some aged wines. Yes you can smell the fruits used. You are made so very welcome by the owner. Thoroughly recommend this winery.

Thank you Tony and Mary for an amazing wine tasting. It was great to hear the story of wine on the Granite Belt with free tastings and all in a COVID safe environment. It was interesting to hear all the questions from the different groups on the tour. You made us all feel welcome and special. Loved the wines especially the Chardonnay and Botrytis.

Amazing hosts, and of course great wine! Don’t skip it on your winery tour. Particularly impressed with their Viognier. Plus they offered share platters, which really helped break up a big day of wine tastings.

Revisiting Kominos wines is like coming back to family. Great people, Great wines. The Verdahlo was as good as it gets. The two museum wines - the wooded and unwooded 2005 Chardonnays were exceptional- such wines do not come along very often - a rarity! The two 2021 Shiraz wines are lighter in style but excellent structure and balance. Don't miss out!

Amazing winery, couldn't recommend highly enough. Wasn't a single wine I didn't enjoy, and the value for money was unbeatable. We tried everything from a 2022 verdhello to start and finished with a white wine blend from 1996 (was unbelievably tasty and for how old it was, $55 was a steal!). We went with some friends who are not the biggest fans of wine and even they enjoyed themselves. The service was second to none, they were so friendly and accommodating despite having a large group come in as we arrived, and took their time to chat to us and made us feel at home. And to top it off they have just finished planting some montepulciano and Sagrantino (or maybe it was Sangiovese) vines this year so many more delicious wines to come! Thank you for an amazing experience in such a beautiful place in the world.

Spent a lovely 30 minutes here, tasting the lovely wines, none of which I disliked. Our host brought us some cheese and crackers to go with the wines too, and spent some time explaining how wine-making works to my young kids.
