Owner only speaks Korean so hardly any help when trying to figure out the karaoke machine and is really rude when you asks any questions, she laughed at us when we were concerned about the absurd pricing and other questions regarding the machine. The mics has a constant static when you sing which hurt our ears, and when we were there people kept walking in front of our door which made us quite uncomfortable because we weren't sure if they were going to enter our room or not. Overall a terrible experience, won't be coming back.

Today this placed was supposed to open at 4pm, the place opened at 4:30. Although the staff was very apologetic and sincere it was okay, she was sweet and welcoming. When in the room, the song book has a variety of songs from korean culture to pop music. Downside to this was limited pop music, no new released songs available such as cpr by cupkkake. Another thing that the place could improve on, was the control pad used to operate the tv screen, as an individual that has limited knowledge in the korean vocabulary my party group and i were figuring out how to press the 'select' button after inputting song choice. This has taken some of the time paid to sing :/. In conclusion, this place has some improvments to do, to help aid guests of limited knowledge in korean use the control pads. The pricing was very cheap, worth your money so that was great, working air conditioner ( a relief due to standing outside for an extra 30mins ). I would definitely come back again, just for fun as staff were welcoming, great air conditioning, and fun classic songs to sing and reminisce about your pass lovers. In my opinion, i'd give this place a 6/10 .

Absolutely horrible place to go with the owner being incredibly disrespectful and rude. Was told at 10pm to wait 30 minutes for a room to be available until 2am (when they close), she also said go and buy your own alcohol which is no problem. At 10:45 we went to check as she hadn’t called and essentially said you can only have 1 hour because I got a booking so bad luck, (no apologies for making us wait 45 minutes, spend money etc) if you don’t like it leave. We said let us talk to the rest of the group and she forced us to pay for the hour to lock in the room. When we decided that it was a waste of time she refused to refund the cost of the room saying no refunds for essentially wasting our time then threatened to call the police. Absolutely horrible lady who has no concern for customers and 0 regard for their time.

this place is terrible!!!! they said open at 12pm but it is not open even after 2pm! we waited so long and went back to check multiple times and it still wasnt open. did the worker forget or get lost??? other people were also waiting..dont come here!!! its a waste of time. we even called them multiple times and they never pick up. dont come here.

It’s a fun place to sing. $20 for an hour. You get two microphones. Sometimes I could hear a lot of static while the music was on. But over all it was a lot of fun. I’ll definitely come back again.

The place is good for karaoke! The price was decent (20 for 4 people) and the rooms were clean + air conditioned. One downside would be that the worker arrived 30 minutes late to open the place and took another 10ish minutes before letting us in.

I've been to many Korean karaoke bars across Sydney and this place is the worst. The rooms are so basic, the song variety is lacking, the controls broken and the owner has a terrible attitude. I've come here 5 times now with friends and not once has our experience been pleasant. The Owner is so rude and disrespectful to customers and my first time going there was a line of people waiting outside when the place was supposed to be open at 4 we had to wait 30 minutes outside and the lady didn't even apologise and honestly mocked us when we asked questions about pricing and how the machine worked since it was all in Korean. $20 for 1hour? when other karaoke places are $5 for 1hour per person. It really is only worth if you are going with multiple people but then again only 2 mics. Mics are always in terrible condition and don't work properly also emitted so much static. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
