Beware of cheating when you go there for a pickup.

Rego 659KCO.... seriously dangerous driver out there.To clarify your comment/answer below there is some information about the event:- Our car was merging into the motorway in full traffic. The speed was not more than 10Km/h, so our vehible did not cross sharply all the lanes as that was not possible at all. Neither our vehicle cut your vehicle off or put anyone in danger for an accident as we were only trying to merge into the motorway in full traffic.- According to QLD.GOV.AU --> TRANSPORT:Look for a gap between the vehicles in the closest lane and safely build up speed on the on-ramp so you enter at the motorway traffic's speed. Had 12 cbm to pick up. Advised last weekThey were advised that there was chep exchange and the date storage would be due ( by email). They show up Monday with out chep exchange and turned away. Storage started today and they have NOT picked up and wiped their hand of the whole situation. At no stage did they advise us that they could not pick up the freight prior to storage being charged and now they will not respond and we are left with a $1000 storage charge and only a couple of hours to arrange alternate transport to avoid a second day charge..So unprofessional. We will never use them again. Customer service was atrocious. No accountability. Dreadful.

Staff in the front office were very friendly and helpful, however this was overshadowed by the fact the forklift driver that unloaded me was very rude and short, even though I was being polite and asking a few questions as it was my first time dropping stuff off there. Would not recommend probably won't use their services again based on this experience

Arriving at 5.30am makes a difference. Straight thru for pick up
