Good luck ever getting onto someone at Rogerseller…you place an order then it’s impossible to call someone to speak to them if you have issues. I have waited on hold for hours, left messages, emailed all to no avail. Customer service is non-existent. Completely gone downhill since acquisition of Rogerseller by Winning Appliances, don’t believe 5 star reviews written earlier.

RSM have changed hands and service that once was highly regarded in this company is non existent now. Sales staff are arrogant and after sales service is near impossible. People think because it is expensive its good? If something goes wrong then try and get onto someone to get parts. Call before 10am and you get put through to Client services" who cant help you. Call during hours and get told to email client services? Send an online enquiry and no one responds. STAY AWAY."

This place has woeful customer service. From the moment I walked in I was shown contempt and the staff were all too busy to serve me.Stupidly, I decided to buy from them based on prior purchases. Once goods were paid I was unable to discuss my order. You can’t get through on the phone lines and the manager Aman is absolutely incompetent. Waited two weeks for a phone call and after several attempts to call myself I cancelled the order and had to go elsewhere. Cost me a fortune in lost time and delayed my project.. Very very disappointed and angry. ACS bathrooms around the corner were the complete opposite. Bad mistake choosing Roger sellers. The business has gone downhill fast after the acquisition.

We have left a deposit on a number of items and 5 months later cant get in touch to find out where our products are. 25 minutes waiting on hold. Auto message someone would call back but nothing yet. terrible customer service.

The stuffs were helpful at Rogerseller. We went in on Friday with our issue and we got email from product support on Monday. The instructions was very clear and detailed. Great service, thanks.

After sales customer service was nothing short of outstanding. On two occasions, replacement parts were couriered out interstate overnight…no questions asked. Probably the best and most prompt service I’ve ever received.

We were very disappointed by the poor after sales/ warranty service at Roger Seller. After now replacing all of the bathroom fittings they sold us.Roger Seller would not take any responsibility for the Fantini fittings nor the inlet pipes that burst, flooding our bathrooms, despite having drastic water pressure reduction valves fitted by our plumber. The plumber said that the stainless steel /rubber centred inlet pipes that Roger Seller supplied did not meet Australian Standards nor Watermark. Three fittings also had pinhole deterioration of the chrome finish which was caused by interior corrosion. A perfect case of where it looks ok in the showroom it will not last very well in your bathroom. The new fittings were bought at another nearby retailer after checking that the fittings were in fact covered by a 10 year warranty and had passed rigorous testing here.

Wonderful service and support from Kathryn at Brisbane Rogerseller. Only downside for us was the delivery which was supposed to be to our building site where the builder was waiting for the products was taken to the post office. Despite providing all the contact information no attempt was made to deliver the products to the builder. This however is a delivery issue and not a reflection on the service we received or the lovely produces.
