I contacted ARB Hobart to replace the rear window in my Ute’s canopy. They had to order it in & phoned me when it arrived to make an appointment for fitting. The work was done very efficiently in the suggested timeframe. All the staff I dealt with throughout the process were efficient & friendly. I would recommend this business to anyone who has need of their services.

Found the staff member that I spoke to from Melbourne in regards to a caravan towing part was totally unhelpful, and it decided me not to give them my business. Their loss is someone's gain. Maybe a course or two in people management might be in order.

I personally wouldn't normally take the time to leave a review, but it was such a pleasant experience I felt it was necessary to do so.Excellent service from booking, drop off & pick up.Even down to the note left in car for how they had to remove the child car seat. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Had a tow bar installed on my car. The lead in time from order to installation is roughly 5 weeks, but they told me that. Far cheaper than anyone else. Had the car back when they said they would.Only criticism is that I felt I was expected to have some assumed knowledge of the products. Despite asking questions, Im not sure the product that I specified was provided (but I didn't pay for that)

An excellent show room filled with loads of products and a display range which is jam packed with stuff! The staff where extremely friendly and asked us if we need any help the moment we walked in making us feel welcomed! We didn’t buy anything today but will be returning to out my Ute as my experience here was very good and I left feeling good!
