David took his time after i told him the haircut i wanted and it looked perfect. Incredibly good job, I am thankful that he works there!!!!!

5 star service from entering the store! Great crew . Thanks Hugo on a beautiful cut and blow dry. I have been scared to find a hairdresser in Darwin but now have no hesitations on going back again. Thank you too the two young ladies at the wash basins on making my Mumma and I feel amazing with a wonderful head massage best I have to date. Keep up the amazing work team will be back for sure.

The lovely Polly is incredible. She listened trusted went with the flow and done an incredible job on my hair! It takes skill to take hair from red to blonde in one sit!!!! Thanks again!!!

Firstly I apologise to the staff and customers, for my behaviour. I was very emotional, angry and felt worse about my appearance than when I arrived. I informed the stylist i had just come out of a long depressive episode, and wanted to look and feel better about myself. He told me good for you... trust me"This review concerns a hair.stylist by the name of Hugh. I do not recommend this person if you have any social and emotional experiences. This person was so arrogant

I have been going there for years. Always great service although I feel sometimes they just follow what I say without much input to tell me what I might consider as a better/different option. Just this week i wish I had been braver for a more distinct hair colour which everyone has told me is hardly noticeable. The experience is always great in terms of being comfortable and friendly staff, I actually had the most fun time I have had at a hairdresser this week with Hugh who was professional but also great conversation which sort of went outside of the usual chit chat expected at a hairdresser! Great debating about life while my hair was looked after. The only thing I've noticed over the years is that clearly some staff members don't get on with each other - it happens in any job but perhaps could be less obvious at times! All in all, always happy when I go there, and I would definitely recommend that place.
